Answer:

ʟᴇᴛ ʟᴇɴɢᴛʜ ʙᴇ ′ᴀ′ᴍ

ʙʀᴇᴀᴅᴛʜ ʙᴇ ′ʙ′ᴍ

ᴀʀᴇᴀ ′ᴀʙ′ᴍ2

(ᴀ+5)(ʙ−3)=ᴀʙ−5⇒ᴀʙ+5ʙ−3ᴀ−15=ᴀʙ−5⇒5ʙ−3ᴀ=10−(1)(ᴀ+3)(ʙ+2)=ᴀʙ+50⇒ᴀʙ+6+3ʙ+2ᴀ=ᴀʙ+50⇒3ʙ+2ᴀ=144−(2)

ꜱᴏʟᴠɪɴɢ ᴇqᴜᴀᴛɪᴏɴ (1) ᴀɴᴅ (2)

19ʙ=152⇒ʙ=19152=85×8−3ᴀ=10⇒3ᴀ=40−10=30⇒3ᴀ=30⇒ᴀ=10
