If the length of a rectangle is twice its breadth and its perimeter is 120 m, find its
length.

then, perimeter is 12o m

2 (l+b) =120

2 (2x +x) = 120

2× 3x = 120

3x= 120÷ 2 = 60

x = 60÷ 3 = 20 m

now, the breadth is 20m.

And the length is 20×2 =40 m.
