If the length of a rectangle reduced by 3 cm and the breadth is reduced by 2 cm then the area of the area of it is reduced by 60 sq.cm ,and If the length of rectangle increased by 3 cm and breadth is reduced by 1 cm then the area is increased by 18 sq.cm .find the length and breadth of rectangle.
