If the length of base and hypotenuse of a right triangle is 8cm and 10cm respectively find its area using herons formula.

(AC)² = (BA)² + (BC)²
(10)² = (Ba)² + (8)²
100 = (BA)² + 64
(BA)² = 36
BA= 6
Heron's Formula
s=( 6 + 8 + 10) /2
s = 12
=√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
= √12 ( 12-6 ) (12- 10) (12- 8)
= √12×6×2×4
√576
= 24 Ans.
