Then it's surface area will be 6x²

Now increasing it's side by 50%

New side= (3x/2)

Again surface area= 6×(3x/2)²

= 6x²× 9/4

Now subtracting these to surface area=(9/4–1) × x²

= (5/4) × x²

So it's increased by 5/4

Now for converting it in percentage e know that we have to multiple it with 100

(5/4)×100= 125%
