If the length of one of the diagonal is 25 cm and area of rhombus is 625 sqcm,then find the length of another diagonals.​

½×d1×d2= ½× 25 × D2 = 625

  • Length of First Diagonal = 25cm
  • Area of Rhombus = 625cm²

  • Length of the Second Diagonal

Solution :-

⇢ Area = ½ × Product of its Diagonals

⇢ 625 = ½ × 25 × Diagonal

⇢ 625 × 2 = 25 × Diagonal

⇢ 1250 = 25 × Diagonal

⇢ 1250 ÷ 25 = Diagonal

50cm = Diagonal

Verification :-

⇢ Area = ½ × Product of its Diagonals

⇢ 625 = ½ × ( 25 × 50 )

⇢ 625 = ½ × 1250

⇢ 625 = 625

Hence, Verified

Therefore, The length of the second Diagonal is 50cm.
