if the length of rectangle is increased by 40 per cent and it's breadth is decreased by 40 percent find the percentage change in their perimeter​

Length= Increased by 40% = +40%

Breadth= Decreased by 40% = -40%

Perimeter of rectangle= 2(l+b)
