let the breadth be x.
so length=3x
area of rectangle= l×b
3x×x=27
 {3x}^{2}  = 27
 {x}^{2}  = 9
x =  \sqrt{9}
x = 3
length = 9cm \\ bredth = 3cm

HEY MATE..
HERE'S UR ANSWER..

Let the breadth = x
& length =3x

➡Area of rec. =( l × b ) u^2

➡27m^2 = 3x × x

➡27m^2 = 3x^2

➡27m^2 ÷ 3 = x^2

➡9m^2 = x^2

➡√9m^2 = x

➡3m = x

▶Breadth = 3m

▶Length = 3m × 3 = 9m
