if the length of shadow of a tower is√3 times its height. then the angle with which a person will standing at the end of shadow see the top of the tower

Consider the height of tower be h ∴ height of shadow =√3h . In a triangle ABC, 

tan ∠ACB = h / √3h

tan ∠ACB = 1 / √3

∠ACB = 30°. Therefore, angle of elevation is 30°.
