If the length of the rectangle is increased by 2 meters and the breadth is

increased by 2 meters, the area would increase 8 square meters. If the length is

decreased by 3 meters, and breadth decreased by 1 meter, the area would decrease

by 27 square meters. What are the length and breadth?
