If Side is doubled then ,

T.S.A =

6 {s}^{2}

6 \times 2s \times 2s

6 \times {4s}^{2}

24 {s}^{2}

6(2s^2) ÷ 6(s^2)

=24s^2 ÷ 6s^2

= 4 times

= 400%

Hope this helps !
