Ans. when the length of the simple pendulum is increased four time of it initail length , the frequency will be reduced to half of the initail frequency....

Explanation:

As we know that Time period = 2π√l/g

Let initially Length of simple pendulum is L

so, T = 2π√L/g ---------(1)

Then , it increase with 4 times ,

so , Length 4L

T = 2π√4L/g

T' = 4π√L/g ------------(2)

Dividing (2) to (1)

T'/T = 2

T ' = 2T

so Increase with 2times when length increased with 4times .
