ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴅ ᴀɴsᴡᴇʀ-:

The Sum of Any two sides of triangle is always greater than length of third side. For example

Let ABC is a triangle. And AB, BC and AC are the three sides of Triangle.

So,

(AB + BC) > AC or

(AB + AC ) > BC or

(AC + BC ) > AB

It means,

(7 + 10) > Third side.

In other words,

Third side < 17.
