Answer:

As we know that area of a trapezium is

 \frac{1}{2} (sum \: of \: length \: of \: parallel \: sides)(height \: of \: trapezium )\\

therefore

 \frac{1}{2}  \times (8 + 9) \times 6

 \frac{1}{2}  \times 17 \times 6

17 \times 3

therefore the answer is 51cm square
