Given:  A word RAJESH

To find: Position of given word, if the letters are arranged as in a dictionary

Solution:

The given word is RAJESH

We know that words in a dictionary are arranged in alphabetical order.

i.e., A, B, C, D...J, K, L, ...R, S, T,...Y, Z

Following this arrangement, the letter A in the given word will come first and then E, H, J, R and S. The word will become AEHJRS.

Hence, the position of the given word will be AEHJRS if the letters are arranged as in a dictionary.
