3x+4y=24

first, find the x value

x=24/3

x=8

4y=24

find the value of y

y=24/4

y=6

area of triangle AOB =1/2 OH*OB

put the value in the formula

1/2 then multiply sign value of X which is 8 and multiply the value of y which is 6

1/2*8*6

when you multiply it the ANSWER IS 24

24 square unit
