The first straighr line D1 : 2x+ky=11

And 2nd straight line D2 : 5x-3y=-4

D1 => y= -2x/k +11/k

D2 => y= 5x/3 +4/3

D1 is perpendicular to D2 only if product coefficient of their slope is = -1.

=>( -2/k) *(5/3)=-1 => k/2 = 5/3

=> k=10/3
