Slope of first line is m1=2y=-x-7
=>y=-x/2-7/2
m1=-1/2
Slope of second line is m2=ky=-2x-18
=>y=-2x/k-18/k
m2=-2/k

Since lines intersect each other, the lines are perpendicular.
Then, m1m2=-1
=>-1/2 x - 2/k=-1
Therefore, k=-1(Answer)
