Solution:
We know that if Magnification is greater than 1, then the image is virtual erect and enlarged.
This kind of image can be produced both by convex and concave mirrors. But Convex mirrors always provide images which are diminished, virtual and erect. Hence convex mirror cannot have magnification more than 1.
Hence the given mirror would Concave mirror where the object is placed in between the pole and the focus.
