mass=1 kg

1 Litre=1000 ml

1 ml=1 cm^3

1 litre= 1000 cm^3

1 m=100 cm

1 m^3=100x100x100

1 m^3=1000000 cm^3                          1000/1000000=0.001m^3

density= mass/volume

           =1/0.001

           =1000 kg/m^3
