If the mass of an object is 60 kg on earth, then what will be its weight on earth and on moon?

mass=60kg
accleration in earth=10m/s^2
so,weight of the object in earth=60*10=600N
weight of the object in moon=1/6*600=100N

bookishbeing: The acceleration should be 9.8, but thanks anyway.
