Let the original mass be 'm'

And, Force be 'F' , acceleration be 'a'

Then, F = ma

or a= F/m

Now, mass = 2m

and Force= F/2 and acceleration be a'

Then, F/2 = 2m× a

or, a' = F/4m

So, a/a'= 1/4
