Although the Question has been answered Already , i had a different way to answer it. The minus sign in the final answer suggests the decrease in the Percentage.
I've tried to Make it as Detailed as possible but once you understand this method, you can solve any question like this within seconds that too in only 2-3 steps.
P. S. - maybe you'll find this easier as this method helps in lots of other questions too , like those of PV=nRT and Acceleration due to g above the surface of the earth and Acceleration due to g below the surface of the earth. :)
