If the maximum no of electrons accomodated by the M shell is 18 electrons then why does calcium have only 8 electrons in its M shell? Best answer will be marked as brainliest!

Explanation:

Because M shell of calcium is not complete it has tendency to accept more electron to complete its M shell.
