Given :-

  • Mean = 44 .
  • Standard deviation = 5.1

To Find :-

  • coefficient of variance ?

Solution

we know that,

  • coefficient of variance = (standard deviation * 100) / arithmetic mean

putting values we get,

→ coefficient of variance = (5.1 * 100) / 44

→ coefficient of variance = 510 / 44

→ coefficient of variance = 255 / 22

→ coefficient of variance ≈ 11.59 (Ans.)
