if the mean of 20,18,13,12,x and 10 is 15. find the value of x.

15=20+18+13+12+x+10/6

90=73+X

x=90-73

x=17

therefore x is 17

HEY MATE UR ANSWER IS HERE.....

Mean = sum of observations/number of observations

15 = 20 + 18 + 13 + 12 + x + 10 / 6

15 = 73 + x / 6

90 = 73 + x

-x = 73 - 90

-x = -17

x = 17
