As we know the formula

Mean = Sum of Observations/Total Observations
11 =  \frac{x + x + 2 + x + 4 + x + 6 + x + 8}{5}  \\ 11 \times 5 = 5x + 20 \\ 5x = 55 - 20 \\ 5x = 35 \\ x = 7
So Last three Observations is
7+4 = 11
7+6 = 13
7+8 = 15

Now
Mean of Last three Observations is
 =  \frac{11 + 13 + 15}{3}  \\  =  \frac{39}{3}  \\  = 13
