Given numbers = 9 ,12 ,19 ,13, p, 16

To find =>
Value of p = ?

We know that,

$\tt{Mean = \frac{sum \: of \: all \: numbers}{total \: numbers}}$
$\tt{15 = \frac{9 + 12 + 19 + 13 + p + 16}{6}}$

$\tt{90 = 69 + p}$

$\tt{90 - 69 = p}$

$\tt{21 = p}$

The value of p is 21.
