TO NOTE:- SUPPLEMENTARY ANGLES ARE THOSE ANGLES WHICH ADD UPTO 180°.

GIVEN:- the measure of the angle is thrice the measure of its supplementary angle

LET THE FIRST ANGLE BE X AND THE SECOND ANGLE BE Y.

ACCORDING TO THE QUESTION

Y= 3X

∴X+3X=180°

=> 4X=180°

=> X=180°/4= 45°

∴X= 45° AND Y= 3×45°=135°
