Answer:

Answer: 81°36', 98°24'

Step-by-step explanation:

sum of the angles in the straight line =180°

(2x+8)+3y=180°

2x+3y=180-8

2x+3y=172---------(1)

x-y=4------------(2)

(2)*2=>3x-3y=12-------(3)

(1)+(3)=> 5x=184

x=184/5

x=36°48'

sub x=36 in (2)=>36°48'-y=4

y=36°48'-4

y=32°48'

therefore the angles are

2x+8= 2*(36°48')+8=73°36'+8=81°36 and 3y =3*32°48=98°24'

the angles are 81°36' and 98°24'
