Thus, according to angle sum property of a triangle
x + 78° + 52° = 180°
=> x + 130° = 180°

Sum of interior angles of a triangle = 180°.
p + 78° + 52° = 180°
=> p + 130° = 180°
=>p = 180 - 130
=> p = 50°
