Step-by-step explanation:

Answer:-

Given :-

  • Sides as :-
  1. x + 30°
  2. x + 70°
  3. x + 90°
  4. x - 50°

To find:-

Value of x.

Let's Do!

We know that according to mathematical rules:-

The summation of all angles of a quadrilateral is equal to 360°.

(x  - 50) + (x + 70) + (x + 90 ) + (x + 30) = 360

4x + 140 = 360

4 x= 360 - 140

4x = 220

x =  \dfrac{220}{4}

x = 55

So, the value of x is 55°.

Note:-

  • If we need to find other angles, simply place the value.
  • Then, add the algorithm.

*Edit: changed positive sign to negative in x - 50 above.

Given :-

Measurement of angles of quadrilateral

(x + 30)° , (x + 70)° , (x + 90)° and (x - 50)°

To Find :-

  • Value of x

Solution :-

We know,

  • Sum of all angles of quadrilateral sums up to 360°.

To solve this question, we have to add all the angles and then equate to 360 and then solve the equation -

\rm (x + 30)+ (x + 70)+ (x + 90) + (x - 50)= 360

\rm x + x + x + x + 30 + 70 + 90 - 50 = 360

\rm 4x + 140 = 360

\rm 4x = 360 - 140

\rm 4x = 220

\rm x = \frac{22}{4}

\rm x = 55

Value of x = 55°
