Mode = 16
we know that...
Mode = 3 median - 2 mean
16 = 3(16) - 2 mean
16-48 = -2 mean
-32 = -2 mean
mean = 16
so Mean = Mode = Median = 16

There is an empirical formula :
3Median = Mode + 2Mean
=>2Mean = 3Median - Mode
=>2Mean = 3x16-16
=>2Mean = 48-16
=>Mean = 32 ÷ 2
=>Mean = 16.
