X/3,x/2,x/4,2x/9,x is the data

Median=x/4

Median is 3

3=x/4

X=3×4

X=12

The value of x is 12.

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

How to arrange it in ascending order

LCM of 3, 2, 4, 9, 1 is 36

So,x/3× 36/36 =12x/36

x/2× 36/36=18x/36

x/4×36/36=9x/36

2x/9×36/36=18x/36

x×36/36=36x/36

Ascending order of x/3,x/2,x/4,2x/9,x=8x/36,9x/36,12x/36,18x/36, 36x/36

Median of data=5

12x/36 =3

12x=3×36

12x=108

x=108/12

x=9

Therefore x=9
