if the milk is left out for 7-8 hours in summer it curdless why does that happen how can it be prevented. who gives right answer I mark as brainileast​

In summer temperature is high thus it is favorable condition for bacteria in curd so it curds faster. .

I by boiling it ...it can be prevented
