because the gravitational force or G fore of moon is very less in comparison with Earth as well as Earth's mass is higher than the mass of Moon. The G force of Earth is 10 times the G force of moon. So Earth does not move towards moon but the impact of the force occur the tides.
The Earth does not move towards moon but the water present in the Earth get attracted towards the moon's G force and tides occur in Earth.
