The moon attracts the earth with the same gravitational force as the earth attracts the moon. Since ,the mass of earth is very greater than moon, the acceleration produced is negligible. Therefore, the earth does not move towards the moon.

Everything attracts the other thing.
But
To get it straight lets take an example ;
If you throw a stone vertically upwards the stone will attract to earth, earth won't attract towards stone because the mass of earth (i.e 6 × 10²⁴ Kg) which is relatively very large from the stone.
In the same way the mass of moon is relatively very small from earth's mass.
That's why earth doesn't attract towards moon.
