the gravitational forces acting on both moon and earth are equal in magnitude. since mass of the moon is smaller than as compared to mass of earth, so the acceleration i.e.a=F/m produced in moon is larger and acceleration produced in the earth is negligible. thats why, the motion of the earth is not noticed...
