If the number is between 1-10 ,then how to roundup to 5 or 10

If the numbers is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 then we have to write the number as it is.
example :    24 rounds to 20
                    22 rounds to 20

If the numbers is 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 then it rounded to tens
example:       25 rounded to 30
                     126 rounded to 130
suppose if you use number line for any number, if the given number cross the middle then it should rounded up or otherwise rounded down

example :          11, 12, 13, 14 ,    15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20
If number lies between 11 to 14 -> answer is 10
If number lies between 15 to 19 -> answer is 20
