6is the answer...as d=2r=2*3= 6cm

According to question,

TSA of Sphere = Volume of Sphere

=) 4*pi*r^2 = 4/3 * pi * r^3

=) 3 = r^3 /r^2

=) 3cm = r

Since d = 2r

=) d = 2*3cm

=) d = 6cm.
