If the number of elements in Y and Z are in

FIRSTLY , IT IS GIVEN THAT NUMBER OF ELEMENTS IN Z IS 90 .

SO n(Z)= 90 AND THEREFORE NUMBER OF ELEMENTS IN Y: n(Y)= b

this implies from question n(Y):n(Z)= 4:5

so, n(Y)= 16+18+17+b ,hence

16+18+17+b / 90= 4/5

solving above we get b = 21 .
