If the number x-2, 4x-1 and 5x+2 are in AP. Find the value of x.

We have x-2,4x-1,5x+2 are in ap
so, there common difference will be same.
~ 4x-1-x+2 = 5x+2-4x+1
~ 3x+1 = x + 3
~ 2x = 2
~ x = 2/2 = 1

Hence the valve of 'x' is 1
