ATQ, x+4/y+4=2

      ie, x+4=2y+8

           x+2y=4----------------------1

when x-6/y-6=12

       x-6=12y-72

         x-12y = -66-----------------2

By elimination method,

 x+2y=4

 x-12y = -66

   14y=70

      y=5

x= x+2y=4

    x+10=4

    x=4-10 = -6

  therfore, x= -6

                  y=5
