Let numerator be x & denominator be y.
Fraction = x/y
 \frac{x + 200\%}{y + 100\%}   = \:  \frac{30}{19}
19(x+200%) = 30(y+100%)
19(x+200/100) = 30 (y+ 100/100)
19(x+2) =30(y+1)
19x+38 = 30y +30
19x-30y =30-38
19x -30y =-8
OR
19(x+200/100) = 30 (y+ 100/100)
19(100x+200)/100 = 30( 100y+100)/100
1900(100x+200) =3000(100y+100)
190000x +380000 =300000y+300000
Dividing eq by 10000
19x + 38 = 30y+30
19x-30y = -8
