4(y+2)/2 + 4 = 3y

2y + 4 + 4 = 3y

y = 8

putting value of y in equation 1

4x+4=3y

4x + 4 = 3 * 8

4x + 4 = 24

4x = 20

x = 5

so the fraction is 5/8
