Let the original fraction be x/y .
Numerator is inc by 15%
denominator is inc by 10% .
new fraction = 15/26.
Original fraction
A/q,
(x+0.15x)/(y+0.1y) = 15/26
1.15x/1.1y = 15/26
115x/110y = 15/26
x/y = (110*15)/(115*26)
x/y = 55*3/23*13
x/y = 165/299 (Ans)
