Answer:

Let numerator be X

Denominator be Y

when numerator is increased by 200% , it becomes 2X+X

When denominator increased by 300% ,it becomes 3Y+Y

so from the question (2X+X)/(3Y+Y) =11/12

=> 3X/4Y = 11/12

=> X/Y = 44/36

=> X/Y = 11/9
