The cell will not be able to make tissue and organ and then the organ system so it will not function and further it will not be able to perform it's functions leading to death of cell.

each cell has an organised membrane and organelles in special ways which helps it to acquire its structure and ability to function. Thus,destruction in cellular metabolism will destroy its structure n make it unable to function leading to the death of cell
