area of rhombus = pq/2=24cm

8*q=24

q=24/8

q=3cm

So one of the diagonals is 3 cm

Here,

area of rhombus =24 cm

one digonal(d1)=8cm

another digonal(d2)=??

we know that,

area of rhombus =\bold{\dfrac{1}{2}×(d1×d2)   }

  • \sf{24=\dfrac{1}{2}×8×d2   }

  • \bold{24=4×d2   }

  • \tt{d2=\dfrac{24}{4}   }

  • \green{ d2=6  }

Hence,The another diagonal of the rhombus is 6 cm.
