the other option is to go to the court but very few do it as because of the behaviour of the neighbourhood people , literacy of the people and victim's family , and mindset of people .

Nyaya Panchayat plays an important role in giving justice and resolving disputes at rural level in India.

Many a times tribal people don't get justice due to biased behavior of the Panch (selected group of people from the same village) of Nyaya Panchayat.

These tribal people are ignorant about the laws and the judicial process.

So it is advisable to them to put up the matter in District Court and seek justice.
